Instructions
Step 1: Make the Tea Base
- Boil 1 liter of water, remove from heat, and steep black tea bags for 10 minutes.

- Let it ferment for 7–10 days at room temperature.
Step 3: Second Fermentation (For Fizz & Flavor)
- Carefully remove the SCOBY and strain the kombucha.
- Mix in strawberry purée and beet juice.
- Pour the mixture into airtight bottles and ferment for 3–4 more days to develop natural carbonation.
Step 4: Chill & Serve
